How we prepare you before the interview

We want you to feel at ease and fully prepared, so here’s how it works:

  • Questions - Guide for the conversation

    Ahead of time, you’ll receive a set of high-level questions. These are meant as a guide so you know the general direction we may take.

  • Connect - A quick catch-up (under 15 minutes).
    We’ll connect with you to 1) walk through the plan, 2) align on timing, 3) get your bio right, and 4) make sure everything feels clear and comfortable. We’ll also 5) do a quick technical check so you know everything will run smoothly.

  • Interview - The interview itself (around 30 minutes).
    The actual conversation is designed to be open and fluid. We may touch on the prepared questions, or explore new topics as the discussion naturally unfolds.
